switch between TotalConsole and file list

How can I switch between TotalConsole pane and the file tabs using keyboard without closing the TotalConsole?

Alt+Tab to another app and Alt+Tab again to tc :?
Or better "SetTCFocus : Alt+Ctrl+F"
