Add tabs option: same width and wrapped

Could you add option in "Tabs" preferences to have "each tab has the same width and tabs wrapped in more rows" ? Now there are various combination of width and wrapping of tabs, but this one is impossible.

In principle it should be possible, but when should TC then switch from one line of tabs to two?

I think, optimal wrapping control would be (in Option>>Tabs):
- user sets number of pixels of one tab width
- user sets number of tabs in one row

The first one causes fixed width and change of number of tabs in one row when width of TC window changes.
The second one causes fixed number of tabs in one row, so when width of TC window changes, the width of all tabs changes proportionally.

Is it possible?
