Synchronize Dirs: DOS/Unix mode option

Hi.

I think it would be useful to have an additional filter for line-feeds differences: DOS (CR+LF), UNIX(LF) and -why not?- MAC too (CR)
Perhaps it should be driven by command "by content".

Equally, it would be nice to have the same option in "compare by content tool", like "ignore repeated spaces" check: if you compare two copies of the same file saved with different line-feed modes, compare contents tool window opens but signals no actual differences. It's right, of course, but maybe it could be a nice-to-have.
