TC 7.03 APEV2 TAG lister

The Lister doesn't regconize a MP3 file containing APEV2 Tag.
it doesnt play the mp3 it just opens as Text.

Lister doesn't play MP3 files by itself, it just calls a Windows Media Player interface which then displays the progress bar and plays the file. Apparently this control doesn't recognize your file. I assume that the WMP interface only supports IDv1 and IDv2. Does the standalone Windows Media Player (wmplayer.exe) play your file? If yes, then there is no chance to make it work in TC internally, but you can try one of the Multimedia plugins available on www.totalcmd.net . If no, then you may try to update Media Player.
