[REQ] cm_CreateShortcut: As Administrator

After creating a link fails in a system dir using cm_CreateShortcut,
I miss the option to try "As Administrator" in the error dialog
(like the buttons existing in the "copy/move failed" dialogs).

Now there's just a dialog telling that the link could not be created.

Is nobody else missing this feature?
