I have two wishes for upcoming version of TC. (IMHO very easy to implement)
1. When TC operate in Windows standard mouse selection mode use middle button for marking files and alternatively when working in Norton Commander mode use middle button for context menu.
Dialog Configuration -> Operation (right of this option) have room for placing checkbox "Use middle button for alternate action", but for me INI-File setting is good enough.
2. Close all open instances of Lister with keyboard shortcut or/and with entry in Lister File menu. With many Lister windows open closing them one by one is tedious task.

1. Hmm, you can already get the context menu in norton mode by holding down the right mouse button a bit longer. Also many mouse drivers will catch the middle mouse button for scrolling and not pass it to TC at all.
2. Hmm, interesting idea, I will consider it.
