No tabstops in Lister in unicode

No tabstops in Lister in unicode

Tab characters 0x09 are shown as single spaces when Lister shows unicode or utf-8 encoded text file.

Indeed Tabs aren't expanded because the necessary function isn't available on Win9x. I didn't write separate codes for Win9x and 2000/XP yet.
