ftp via proxy and credentials

Hi.

I am using
- version 7.04a
- FTP
- via a proxy server (SQID)
- with username
- password
- to a host on the Internet
- username anonymous
- password mail-address
- mode
- transparent
It turns out that the message to the host on the internet uses the proxy-username rather than anonymous.

Is this a (known) totalcmb bug?
Is it related to SQID?
