Status bar with quick search filter

Using the quick search with filter the statusbar is updated.

The count of directories is changed, but the count of files remains the total amount.

I can confirm the difference too, thanks. The question is now which should be shown, the total files filtered (for both files and directories), or the total files without the filter?

Agreed. The same way as when using the other way of filtering, like for example filtering programs (menu Show/Programs).

Works OK in beta 2. Also when using combinations of different filtering mechanisms.
