7.5PB1:ignoring .. doesn't work.

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Steps to reproduce.
1. Enter some directory.
2. Select ..
3. Go to Config->Ignore List
4. Click "Add selected names"
5. OK

Result: TC still shows .. in each directory.

I can confirm this, but I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended behaviour.

I also think so because I can't find another reason for it not to work, but even if intended, current behaviour is invalid at least because TC doesn't signal such limitation in any way, it should give a warning.

And there are valid reasons to want to get rid of .., so I think this should be allowed.
