Non default button behavior

Hi!

Imho. the default behavior for buttons is:

Click a button to activate it.
Click another time on the button to deactivate it.

I've notices a non default button behavior for this buttons:

- The dropdown menu from the Button bar (if you make a .bar file show as menu)
- The dropdown menu from the redefined hotkeys menu (Configuration -> Options -> Misc.)

I can say more. Such a button behaves very irregular. Try slow clicking this button many times. You can click 3-4-5 times before it starts triggering on/off as expected. Would be nice if it will be corrected.

I can confirm the problem - what happens is that the click closes the menu, but is passed down to the button bar, which just opens it again...

Seems to be fixed now.

Both issues seem to be fixed here, too in pb3 (buttonbar as menu and redefine hotkeys menu).
