Ignor folder tabs when restart TC (optional)

It irritates me a long time ago:
When folder tabs are used, TC starts in the last activated of them and ignores the setting
to save the directory when TC is closed.
So it would be very helpful to have an ini option to avoid this behavior, and store the real
last activated directories, independent form the folder tabs.
