To reproduce:
1. Select big 3 files to copy.
Second file in selection order should be already copied in target directory.
2. Press F5-F2 on selection. Background transfer manager starts and goes to the backgound of Total Commander window.
3. While 1st file is copying, make BTM window foreground over Total Commander window (just select BTM in taskbar).
4. The overwrite dialog will appear on 2nd file. Press skip.
BTM will continue to copy 3rd file, but it's window will go into background of TC.
Well, I expect that it will leave in foreground because I switched it to foreground in 3rd step.
