Configure packer extension WCXs

This dialog is very userunfriendly I think! I had to mess up the extensions two times before I figured out what this dialog was thinking.

Maybe it's more logical to create simple add, modify and delete buttons. Now I have to type the extension first, then select a WCX (BTW the open file dialog doesn't remember the last used directory), then press OK. And if i want to install another plugin, I have to bring up the same dialog again...

This dialog is also being used in the "Associate With..." function. The worst part about it, is the small window width of this dialog, and it's not resizeable.

Sure anyone else can do it better, but this dialog is so dead-simple, TC itself should have something more intuitive.
