Cosmetic PB5 german: plugin dialog

In PB5 german the Lister-plugins and Inhaltsplugins dialogs show "Installierte Dateisystem-Plugins:"

Thanks, seems to be the same problem as with the missing text in the button bar dialog...

The first issue is corrected, but the word Installierte is missing now.

Thanks for confirming the fix! Unfortunately there is no translation for the string with the word "Installierte", so TC is just taking the same text as in the title bar, just as in TC 7.04a.
