HTMLView has no scrollbars

If I use HTMLView to view office files all is fine.
But if I view pure html files it doesn't show scrollbars for larger files.
This way I can see only the first screen of the file.
I use the latest version 1.2.3 under Win XP SP3 and IE8.

Cannot confirm, I get scrollbars with the same system/application environment.

I tested it on my home machine, here it works fine.
Its a german XP SP3 with IE8.
I'll try to check it with a fresh ini file and no other plugins.
