Bug:
When descript.ion in ignore list & i'm comment file with "!" they are not colored ...

Are you sure, that you are commenting your files with "!" only and not with "! enter" ? If no, you can have your color after reentering this directory.

I can say, that the new color is applied only after reentering directory, not after F2 (if descript.ion is ignored. If it is not ignored, TC reacts to F2). May be it is right, but it seems not to be right
TC7.5RC2 tested here.

Colors are cached because it can take a long time (depending on the used filter) to re-read them. Currently it's not planned to change this, it's a performance decision.
