Lister "jump-to" in hex mode

This is something I asked for in the English support forum (http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=23368), i.e. if it is is possible now in TC to "jump to" a specific position in hexcode while viewing a file in hex mode (Options \ 3), and not only in percent of the whole file. Even if the position it is 16 bits aligned, as it is now on display.

It would be useful when browsing very big files (i.e. ISO images): percent jumping is usually too much, and keeping PgDn pressed for half a minute is just annoying....

Mr. Ghisler said that "No, unfortunately it's currently not possible." (bold is mine).

So I ask if it is possible to add this to the new version of TC. Is it really impossible (read extremely diffcult) to implement it?
