Verifing CRC checksums if checksum file is in UNICODE format
Maybe not a bug but verifing CRC checksums (from SFV/MD5/SHA files) doesn't work if checksum file is in UNICODE format (TC 7.50). I know that TC generates ANSI checksum files but some apps generate checksum file in UNICODE format (e.g. Music NFO Builder) and it impossible to verify CRC in TC without converting these files to ANSI.

I'm sorry, TC currently only supports ANSI and UTF-8 checksum files. I will add it to my wish list for TC 8. In the meantime, you can use notepad to save the CRC file as UTF-8.
I will move this thread to suggestions.

2jvh,
Until TC gets the UNICODE format for checksum files, there are 3rd party shell extensions available that are natively UNICODE, such as HashCheck Shell Extension.
