Minimize to sytemtray when 'X' clicked

Post by *JK21 »

Couldn't find a proper posting to put this suggestion in, so...

Some programs, like KeyPass and Mailwasher have a built in option that you can activate like announced in the subject. In other words, if you activate the option during or in the setup, the program will minimize to the systemtray instead of closing TC down.

Personally I really like such an option...

:) Hello !

•This was discussed some months ago in a Boofo's thread…

- Maybe the Author added it on his wish-list ? Anyway, I'm in favour of such a feature as long as it's optional.

WinRoll will do this when middle clicking or Shift+RightClick on the [_] minimize button. The minimize to tray (Click on [X]) could also be accomplished with AHK (AutoHotKey) and other automator programs.

An internal solution would be better of course, and would be a welcome surprise if feature requests started being implemented.

Of course minimize to tray already exists, but from time to time you may accidentally press the close instead, so this would be a helpful option next to "move to system tray on minimize".
