Runtime error after using Twinkey??

I suppose that there is no(!) coincidence, but after using TwinkUtil.exe (without problems) I got this message after the next start:

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

This is a well know problem, documented and "hotfixed" by Microsoft:

I also get the message when I use another EXE. As said above I don?t think that there is a context with Twinkey, but is there someone who has similiar problems?
