CLA to start TC w. tabs from an external tab file

You have brought us nice additions in tabs like Opentabsr command.

Now it would also be nice to start TC with a set of tabs from an external tabs file via a command line argument just like one can do with folders.

TC could then be used more easily as f.e. an image viewer, music player etc.
