ZIP packing

Hi,

In the 5.51 version it was possible to encrypt zip packed files with a password.

I installed recently version 6.01 and now I can't unpack thoseencrypted files anymoore. Thats pretty bad because I used it on personal data files.


Does anyone have an idea?

None official version of TC has been never released with the ZIP encryption, because the Swiss laws forbid this
Hence, your 5.11 wasn't official...
You have to get the <wcmzip32.dll> version allowing passwords from sites based in other countries...
I recommend you to keep the "password" version in a TC sub-dir as a back-up, in addition of the TC-dir. one, because it shall be overwritten at each new update!
the original DLL is 39.8 KB
the "password" version library is 32 KB only.

I guess I had a unofficial version . I reinstalled 5.51 and the encryption option was gone.

Now I used the suggested .dll and it works great in 6.01.
