When I tried to synchronize (asimetric) two folders, I saw that abort does not cancel the sync operation. In my case, I pressed abort button after pressing skip button (a few times).
Regards

What exactly did you sync? Just local files? FTP? Archives? Packer Plugins? File system plugins?

Asymetric synchronization between a folder in a mapped drive (left pane) and a folder in usb disk (right pane).
Sync firstly attempted to delete the files in right pane which does not exist in left pane. But, due to permissions I forgot, it did not succeed it. It asked to skip or to retry or to abort. Since I could not remember the permission fault, I firstly pressed skip. Then it asked the second one, I pressed again skip. At the end, I saw the permission problem, when Sync asked next one, I pressed abort button. But Abort button did not cancel the sync operation, it stopped to ask deletion confirmation and started to copy new files in left pane to the right pane.
I expected that Abort button should cancel the sync operation completely. But Sync have cancelled the deletion operation.

I see - currently "Abort" only aborts the delete operation, not the entire sync. That's more a question of personal taste what should happen here. What do other users think?
