Footer info Background folder-size calculation
When calculating foldersize in background the footer/status bar can display weird numbers. It can be reproduced like this.
Situation:
Left: use space to calculate a directory
then use space to calculate a directory which takes some time.
while this is busy, press alt-shift-enter on the right.
The left will not show correct data in the total amount of the footer/status bar.
See this here and here (I can't reproduce this last situation)

Cannot reproduce. What's the size of the largest calculated folder?

At home I tried with folder of 4 and 6 Gb.
But that doesn't seem to matter. Here at work i have the same with smaller directories. But the calculation on the left must still be going when right is calculated.
Here's an example of the whole TC window:

With this "small" directories i can't see quick enough if the right side is finished before or after the left is finished.

You are right, the trick is to focus the other panel while one is still counted.

I reproduced the problem in 7.55pβ1, and it seems to be fixed in 7.55pβ2.
