[7.55pß2] CRC for directory suggests cut file name

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

[7.55pß2] CRC for directory suggests cut file name

Post by *Flint »

Suppose, there is a directory named tc.755. Select it and call the command Create CRC. The dialog is opened, where file name suggested is tc.sfv, that is the "extension" is stripped, though for directories "extensions" do not make sense.

Sorry, this is intentional. It's currently not planned to change it. You get the same e.g. when creating links, or in the multi-rename tool.
