Be Eager For "Library" In TC !!!

In Windows 7, "library" is a fascinating feature.
I'm so eager for it in TC. (Now my OS is XP) It's really a great way for file management. (that is, File recollection and Tag)
Maybe Virtual Panel plugin could partly do it , but it's far from enough.
The author MVV of VP replied :

But it is impossible to track file system changes to autofix link when local file is being renamed.
