Make cm_CopyFullNamesToClip work also on [..]

Hi,

I think that on [..] item it should do the same as cm_CopySrcPathToClip. Now if I need to copy just path of the folder in which I am then I have to go up one level, hit the hotkey for this command and go back or I must have separate hotkey for the cm_CopySrcPathToClip.

Just a minor thing though.
