E.g. try to create folder 1\2 in write-protected dir. TC says that it can't. Now try to create folder 1 here, TC asks to create it as admin. Expected that TC will ask same for 1\2.

Sorry, this isn't currently supported. I don't see this as a bug, just a missing feature.
