FTP: SyncChangeDir does not like timeouts

With activated SyncChangeDir (Local<->FTP) and timeout to the FTP Server the FTP directory is switching to the root folder. He asked if the connection should be re-established, after confirming TC55RC3 switches to the root instead of the same directory like local.

Auto-reconnect isn't supported with sync change dir, sorry. This is currently only supported during uploads and downloads. At the moment there are no plans to support it, sorry. There are just too many functions which would need to handle it.
