Crashes on Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 bit)

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Crashes on Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 bit)

Post by *am_gil »

I see crashes often on Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit (a VM usually) :-(
Today I've submitted a TC generated report to support@ and hope that may indicate at least one problem in more detail.

It is sufficient to just browse through directories to see crashes (sometimes), but I am not aware of a precise pattern. Sometimes it shows up its own error handling bug, sometimes the application just terminates without any message.

Thanks for sending the crash report by mail. There seems to be a problem with the display adapter. You didn't write that it was a VM, so what program do you use for the VM? Vmware? Microsoft Virtual PC? Other?
