MIME decoder and encoded filenames

I first thought it was a missing feature, but then I found it should be supported:

11.03.05 Added: Decoding MIME-encoded files: Accept file names in the form =?ISO-8859-1?Q?filename.ext?= (see RFC2047)

This one doesn't work:

I'm sorry, the encoding "us-ascii" is currently not supported. I will add it to my wish list.
