Synchronize Dirs [x] Move Files

[√] Move Files, option in the final Synchronize dialog where the folder is chosen.

Example usage:
Compare two folders to find files that exist in both (Equal or Not Equal), and move the files from the left (or right) to another location.

Currently one needs to do the compare, Copy the files to another location. Then delete the files on the left (or right). A move operation would be much faster, convenient and less uneccessary data written to disk.
