Extra right-click menu item for button bar command icons

Hi,

For me it would be useful to add an extra item to the right-click menu for button bar command icons on the active button bar.

For normal (non show-as-menu) button bar commands an item "Show as menu" should be available to open that button bar as a menu. And for show-as-menu configured commands a menu item "Open as button bar" could be used to open this as a normal button bar.

In this way you quickly use a normal button bar as a menu and vice verse, without the need of changing your configured 'View as menu' option. Because sometimes you want to use the button bar as a menu, but in other occasions switching to that bar is desired.

Well, just press the SHIFT key while clicking on the button bar command icon. This will toggle the button bar mode.
