win98 briefcase commands not available

When opening briefcase from a floppy, in Win98, I do not get the briefcase command added to the command toolbar (like windows explorer) so that files can be updated. Is there a way to do this or is a code update necessary?

Unfortunately Briefcase only works in Explorer. You may try via right click menu, but it will probably not work, sorry.
