I would like to be able to see the content of all colums which is currently impossible for files with a long name.

The sync dirs interface could be upgraded in a few places.
1) Horizontal Scroll Bar.
2) Double-click on TabStop dividers to resize them.
3) Customize file size display, instead of just bytes.
