Hi,
I use FTP very often, and I need to connect several folders in the same server. I think to add these connections to Directory Hotlist.
But when I configure it, I've some problems:
1) If I use ftpopen command, I need to have one entry in "FTP connect..." menu, for every folder.
2) If I use cd ftp://user:pwd@server/folder construction, it works... But unfortunately my user name contains an "@" sign itself, and TC interprets as server name from this sign to the end.
What can I do?.
Has someone some idea?
Thanks
BR

I saw something like this for my mailer config., where "@" in a loggin was replaced by "%" (because the user name was the e-mail address, and 2 "@" were not allowed)

Other idea...

Thanks for your reply.
I've tried to substitute it with "%", "+", "_"... and others that already I do not remember....
But my server rejects all these connections.
The solution would be that TC was accepting an additional path in the ftpopen command... Add it to WISHLIST

Hi again!

¤ Or any other able to accept the second path?
¤ At last, could you contact the server Admin. ? Maybe he(she) could change the server-config. to accept "%" or so, instead the "@"?

What's wrong with it, actually? Sorry, but I can't see your problem, can you be more specific?[/face]
