any one use type and run? my plugin txt files are in russian

I think this little app is really well done, pity he stopped with it.
The problem is if I look in my plugins folder the txt files about the plugins are in russian. I would like to learn about the hotkeys and clipboard plugins but I cant read them - they are some sort of garbled files anyway and cant simply be put into google translate.

Default codepage for Russian text files is Win-1251. I think you may put text into Google if you convert it from 1251 to Unicode using text editor (or just open file in Lister, choose 1251 and copy text).
