TC requires the SetChangeVolProc to load a WCX. Why?

TC requires the SetChangeVolProc to load a WCX. Why?

This method is mentioned in the 'Optional' section, but I had to include it in order to make my WCX work. Strange that it has to be there, when I don't need it or use it...

You are right, TC checks for the presence of these functions - no idea why. :(
