link info plugin - error while try to change Icon & solu

I installed recently the link info plugin. When I tried to change the icon of the link with the link-editor the program crashed. (I added the link editor in 'send to' menu).
I emailed the Author and received this link and this link for the version 1.31.
This version is working properly.
