[8.0 b1 x32] Incorrect letter in ver. info

TC 8.0b1 shows a Russian letter instead of "beta" (or "\ss") in the title bar and in the about box. WinXP SP2 32 bit, Russian version.
We are not so S.M.A.R.T. as we imagine...

Indeed the 32-bit version isn't Unicode-capable yet for these strings, the 64-bit version is.

In 8.0β2 the 32-bit also shows the correct character (as also confirmed here).
