Selecting file by space is not changing the status bar

After pressing the spacebar on a file, the status bar is not showing the size of it. The size is only shown when you move the cursor to an other file.

This is also true when you deselecting a file, irrespectively of the viewsource (Only file names, All file details, etc..)

Confirmed and fixed for next beta! It only works when you press space on a folder with size>0.

I could reproduce only the second part of the report in 8.0β1 (deselecting), selecting works correctly here.

In 8.0β2 both selecting and deselecting update the status bar as they should.

The selecting problem in beta 1 seemed to occur with files only, it updated OK with folders.

Ah, I see. Since you wrote about only "folder with size>0" I tested just with folders. I confirm the first part of the report when selecting files, and confirm that it was fixed in 8.0β2.
