Unreadable Configuration dialog after fonts change

64 bit Windows 7
After changing all font sizes to MS Sans Serif 9points Regular Eastern Europe script, the Configuration dialog becomes unreadable - the fonts in the menu tree on the left and on the buttons shrinks to just 1 or 2 pixels.
