[64bit] ALT+ENTER on UNC path exits TC

When I press ALT+ENTER on a network folder (using UNC path) TC exits without any error/message.

This is very likely the same error as reported in these two earlier threads:

In the German (sorry) thread Christian explains about a bug in Free Pascal and about a potential patch for this bug. So there is hope that the problem will be fixed in T.C. 8.0 beta2 64-bit. (No promise)
