TC8.0ß2 - deleting file from temp

I deleted a file from the temp directory which is probably in use or protected with Windows 8 preview and TC 8:

Unfortunately there seems to be a bug (or functionality change) in the delete to recycle bin function in Windows 8. I haven't tested on that platform yet because it's still an early beta, but I hope that this will be fixed by Microsoft before the final release of Windows 8.

Sorry, I was so busy that I didn't have the time yet to install windows 8 beta. It's currently not a supported platform.

Sorry for the late reply.

I can only confirm the fix in Win8x64.
Tried with VistaDelete=1 and 0.
