Long distance to detect string in WLX/WDX Plugins dialog

I didn't even know (or knew but forgot) that the dialog contained detect strings, because by default it's opened more narrow, so that the detect strings are not visible at all. In my opinion the distance should be adjusted depending on the maximum path length, or (better) be customizable by adding column headers that could be dragged to set the desired column width (like in the main TC window).

This will be done in TC8 beta 3, 64-bit only. I had to make the dialog owner-drawn to make this work. Currently it's not planned to change this in 32-bit, sorry.
