[8.0b2 x64] Display of "overlay icons" does not wo

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

The ToritiseSVN Overlay Icons will not appear in the TC-Window
(Show overlay icons is activated in Configurations)

Envrionment:
- Windows 7 x64
- Total Commander 8.0b2 x64

Check whether "Show overlays and context menu only in Explorer" option is turned on in TortoiseSVN settings. It should be off.
