8.0b3 file-> compare by content

Windows 7 ultimate x64 sp1 with 2 monitors
8.0 b3

When I use file menu -> compare by content,
the dialog shows in the other monitor

The last used position of a dialog is saved when you close it. Apparently you must have used the dialog on that screen at least once. Maybe you used it there, and later moved TC to the other monitor.
