[64] Text cursor in non-text fields of some plugins

Try it with Imagine and FileInfo. TC8x64 shows text cursor when mouse is above Imagine's toolbar or FileInfo's tab headers. TC8x32 shows default cursor here (just arrow).

Hmm, isn't it the job of the plugins to show their own cursor?

I don't know WLX interface well

but it is strange that multiple plugins have same problem with TCx64 and no problem with TC8x32.

Maybe Lister window has other default cursor in Lazarus?

I guess that they just "inherit" the cursor from Lister's man window, and that cursor isn't changed to arrow when loading a plugin. Maybe I can find a solution, but it may be a Lazarus problem...

I confirm this behavior in Fileinfo (released) and mmedia (not yet released) in TC8x64 and not TC8x32 with the same code. same with ulister plugin.

Confirmed fixed in TC 8.0b6 x64 - testet with Imagine and FileInfo
