[b6 x64] QuickView scroll bar range is set incorrectly

A file is only a couple of lines longer than it's visible. In Quick View mode, I have to roll mouse wheel during a minute Scroll box is moved but very slowly. After scroll box reaches the middle, file is scrolled one line. After scroll box reaches near the end, file is scrolled one more (final) line.

32-bit beta 6 is OK.
Lister is OK even in x64.

Confirmed also in beta7 for text files viewed in Listers mode 1.

The scrolling is weird even with files with considrably more lines than the number visible in the quick-view panel.

Also confirmed that there isn't any scroll problems with the same files in Lister itself.

Confirmed. The scrolling speed problem has been fixed in T.C.8.0ß8 64-bit. (Had reproduced it using T.C. 8.0ß7 64-bit)
